MOLL CODE OF CONDUCT
Responsible and legal acting are basic requirements for our company’s success, especially as supplier of batteries to global automotive manufacturers. With our innovative products we contribute to meet the constantly growing demands of the automotive world.
The growing internationalization of our company and the worldwide application of our products also result in increasing demands concerning our acting. We therefore commit ourselves to compliance with laws and international conventions, to sustainability and responsibility when it comes to compliance with social and ethical standards as well as to environmentally conscious behavior.
The code of conduct needs to be strictly adhered to by all employees of MOLL for our company to achieve long-term and sustained success. The code of conduct shall be the basis and precondition for employees´ acting within the company as well as toward customers, suppliers and third parties and shall protect employees personally as well as our company from legal risks.
